Serve Others

Serving others follows directly from Jesus’ command, and His fervent wish and prayer, that we love one another. Love is more than how we feel and how we think. Love is what we do.if we  love people, we will serve them by looking after their genuine interests, not the least of which is their need to continue growing mentally, emotionally, and spiritually long after their phsycal growth stops. The commandment to love our neighbor as much as we love our own self calls us too consider his or her legitimate needs just as important as our own. It does us little good to profess faith in Jesus then not follow His teaching and example. Jesus said,”Not everyone who says to me,’Lord,Lord’, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only one who does the will of my father in heaven”.(Mat.7:21).
